Glui™ and associated graphics, logos, badges, designs, and scripts are trademarks, service marks, and trade dress of Glui Inc. (“Glui”) in the U.S. and other countries (collectively referred to as the “Glui Marks”). While we support innovative ideas and tools that complement Glui™ services, it's essential to safeguard our reputation and brand identity. To achieve this objective, adherence to the following guidelines is required.
Why Protect Glui Marks?
Ensuring that only Glui-approved products and services bear the Glui Marks is crucial. Trademark laws necessitate the prevention of both improper use and the use of confusingly similar marks.
General Usage Guidelines for Glui Marks
To assist in safeguarding our Glui Marks, please observe the following:
Dos:

Feel free to use the Glui Marks to refer to Glui Inc., our applications, services, products, and the Glui.io website, provided it does not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Glui.

Always include the ™ symbol in superscript when using our Glui Marks.
Don'ts:

Avoid incorporating the Glui Marks or any similar marks into your domain names, screen names, website names, or trademarks.

Do not alter or modify the Glui Marks, including adding terms to create new words or changing any element of the Glui Marks.

Using the Glui Marks in a manner that suggests a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Glui is prohibited.

Include a prominent statement indicating that your application/service uses Glui™ but is not endorsed or certified by Glui Inc., and that all Glui™ logos and trademarks belong to Glui Inc.

Glui grants you a limited license to use the Glui™ logo subject to compliance with the Glui API Terms of Use and these guidelines.

Glui retains sole ownership of the Glui Marks, and you agree not to challenge or acquire rights in the marks.

Failure to comply may result in the discontinuation of API access and services.
Other:
Failure to agree to these terms prohibits the use of Glui Marks. These guidelines may be modified without notice, and compliance with any modifications is your responsibility.
